We started ABI Solutions because the leads roofers were buying were garbage.
Recycled broker lists, absentee owners, parcels that already had new roofs. We built ABI to be the opposite: a small, focused operation that sources its own data and treats every list like our reputation is on it.
What we believe
A lead list should pay for itself on the first sale.
That's the bar. If a roofer can't close a single deal from the list we sell them, we shouldn't have sold it. Every filter we apply — owner-occupied, asphalt shingle, roof age, appraised value — exists to push the list closer to that outcome.
Where we operate
Volusia County today. Florida next.
We started with the county we know best. The same sourcing and filtering process extends to any Florida county whose property appraiser publishes parcel data — we'll roll out new counties as customer demand justifies it.

Brady is a creative thinker who drives the product side of ABI — and the kind of partner who owns what he commits to. When he says something will ship, it ships. He's a firm believer that a business should grow with its community, not off of it, which is why ABI treats the roofers it works with as neighbors first and customers second. Alijah is a strategic thinker who runs the client side of ABI with one rule: the client comes first. Every inquiry gets a real answer, every list shows up when promised, and every customer knows exactly what they're getting before they pay for it. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, he brings the same mindset to the business that he brings to training — show up every day, do the work, keep your word.
